Please see picture of my office in suburbs of Tokyo during planned power outage. PC is only plastic box, Screen is an useless board. Nothing to do without PC in our office. I felt insecure without light and PC, it's nature of modern or urban people, maybe....

Miyagi Pref. Police says " Death tall must be ten-thousnads"

Miyagi Prefectural Police Department reported they recovered 378 bodies in the prefecture, found about 200 dead body and are recovering them, and "death toll must be ten-thousands.

Fuji TV reported at 7:00 p.m. JST that confirmed casualties and missing are more than 3,000.
Miyagi pref.'s officer said "death toll will be more than 10,000".

Ⅰ Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant Accident by Earthquake in Japan

Japan's Government expands the evacuation area to within 20 Km radius of ⅠFukushima Nuclear Power Plant from 10 Km.


NISA, Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, detected 1015 μSv/hour radiation at 15:29 p.m. around the nuclear power plant which is twice of safety criterion in Japan. Edano, the Chief Cabinet Secretary, said "the amount of radiation is within our expectation" and admitted explosion occurred in the plant at 15:36 p.m., however did not conclude explosion occurred in the reactor core.
